At Beach Tans & Hair Designs, we are proud of our top notch staff. Team members are dedicated to furthering their individual skills. This is accomplished through extensive ongoing training and education.

	Robert Heath Salon Owner Robert's professional experience exceeds 25 years. He moved to Delaware from New York 13 years ago with the intent of changing careers and going into visual communications. He worked in the salon he now owns when he decided that he couldn't leave the hair industry that was such a big part of his life. After also owning a salon in New York for 15 years, being a salon owner was second nature. Besides classes over the years in hair cutting and coloring, Robert has a natural artistic eye and intuition for styling the client's hair to suit their lifestyle and personality.
	TerriAnne Zocco Stylist TerriAnne Zocco joined our staff after relocating here from New Jersey. She has a warm and inviting personality and 18 years of superb styling experience. TerriAnne specializes in color and foils, and also gives relaxing manicures and pedicures.
	Janice Stearrett Stylist Janice Stearrett is our latest addition to the team at Beach Tans and Hair Designs. Her talents and ideas are fresh and new having completed her studies in Indiana a few years ago. Janice brings with her lots of enthusiam, a great positive attitude and superb customers service which enables her to really listen to what the client is looking for. Being a perfectionist is another quality seen in her work and the time she spends with her clients.
